Job Description:Are you a seasoned engineering professional with a passion for driving process improvement and product quality?
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Engineering Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for steering and developing our product engineering processes for both Front-End and Back-End BiMOS.
Your responsibilities
- Steering and development of product engineering FE and BE BiMOS regarding increased yield and quality
- Continuous improvement of production processed to increase quality and reduction of costs
- Prioritization and assessment of projects regarding products due to resources, quality, and feasibility
- Creation and monitoring of an overall yield improvement strategy
- Execution of technical projects and back-up for the team members
- Participation in various working groups to ensure continuous improvement and quality in FE and BE BiMOS
- Support R&D for any product development (part of NTP and NPP gates), takeover of new developed products after Gate 4/5 and creation of necessary product documentation
- Support/execution of any product adaption (such as Spec Review or ECRs)
- Participation in internal and external Audits
Your Background
- 'Solid master degree with focus on physics, engineering or similar, PhD is a plus
- Seasoned professional (>3 years) with a higher-level degree and at least 3 years experience in team lead
- Kowledge of semiconductors and their production is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of problem-solving methods and statistical evaluation which is supported by strucutred approach and a hands-on mentality
- Ability to work within an international environment, complemented by well-developed communication skills
- Experience in handling various software solutions such as Access, SAP and SiView
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken (level B2/C1)
