We are the backbone for the seamless production of power semiconductors at the Lenzburg site. Our dedicated and qualified team ensures the seamless supply of materials into the production line, as well as timely delivery to our end customers within and outside the Hitachi energy world.
Your responsibilities
- Manage deliveries to external customers (creation of deliveries)
- Prepare transport documents and issue shipping orders
- Create export documents
- Handle preference information and proof of origin (including Chamber of Commerce)
- Manage customer returns (RRN process)
- Order indirect materials in SAP based on weekly inventory survey
- Call off indirect materials (DASTEX, packaging, and chemicals)
- Control supermarket and chemical stocks
- Maintain delivery schedules
- Order through e-procurement (on different cost centers/cost types)
- Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines
- Provide support in troubleshooting SAP (inventory discrepancies, MB51, etc.)
- Support order tracking (material in-house?, booking errors, etc.)
Your Background
- Commercial education ideally with a Swiss federal certificate in transport administration
- Have at least 2 years of professional experience in export and order processing
- Have excellent communication skills in German and English
- Be proficient in MS-Office and SAP (SAP GTS)
- Be resilient and able to work effectively in stressful situations
- Actively support changes
- Have a strong customer focus and prioritize production
- Be a team player who promotes teamwork
- Be communicative, independent, and reliable.
