Legal Administrative Assistant to join our
Legal & Compliance-Team from September or asap. You will be responsible for managing and executing corporate housekeeping for our Swiss entities and coordinating with subsidiaries.
Are you having a background in legal administration and compliance support?
If you are looking for a new challenge, then this might be the right opportunity for you!Your main tasks- Organise and execute corporate housekeeping for Swiss entities, and coordinate with subsidiaries for their respective corporate housekeeping
- Supervise the CRM contract process, manage user accounts and provide training
- Verify the accuracy of CRM data
- Support of legal, tax and compliance departments with travel bookings, expenses, organisation of meetings and workshops, preparation and proof reading of meeting minutes, contract checking and formatting
- Oversee Adobe Sign administration, manage user accounts, and provide necessary training
- Liaise with external law firms, authorities, insurance companies, and banks for clarifications and coordination
- Handle KYC and reporting matters efficiently
- Draft general policies and manage related processes
- Provide legal and administrative support during mergers and acquisitions and other small - and large-scale confidential projects (due diligence data rooms etc)
Your profile- You have 1-3 years of experience in a legal/tax/commercial environment or a similar function
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally paralegal related
- Your knowledge of MS-programs is good, especially excel, powerpoint and word
- You have strong written and oral communication skills with excellent administrative, organisational skills
- You have an understanding and application of legal/compliance topics and user knowledge with CRM
- You are detail-orientated, strong team player, service oriented and work precisely,
- You can deal well with hectic and stressful situations
- You have a strong attitude toward high quality, excellence in delivery and "client-first" thinking (external & internal)
- You bring a positive attitude towards Infront's company values
- You are fluent in English and German (both level C1) and any additional languages are advantageous
