ANYbotics is on an exciting growth journey, and we're inviting you to be a part of it. As our Senior Product Marketing Manager , you will be at the forefront of innovation, with deep insights into our cutting-edge innovation pipeline, bringing the next generation of robotics solutions to market.
Reporting directly to the VP Marketing and collaborating closely with the Product, Commercial Strategy, and Sales teams, you will own and elevate the product marketing function to define a new industry category with ANYbotics at the forefront This includes refining use cases, value propositions, and product positioning, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, defining and researching buyer personas to determine how to best market our offerings, orchestrating impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns, and enabling the sales teams with high-quality tools and materials. In short, we need you to tell the right story to the right audience in the right way!

The Market & Our Technology
ANYbotics transforms the industrial sector by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach (see our case studies in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Railways, Wind Energy, Mining, Construction). Our end customers are large asset operators and service providers of industrial plants pioneering the use of robotics technology for inspection and maintenance. Our solution enables autonomous routine inspections and monitoring of large scale industrial facilities for increased safety and productivity. We develop numerous customized hardware systems, including the entire robotic platform, actuators, sensors, inspection payloads, charging systems, as well as all software to enable world-class mobility, autonomy and AI driven inspection insights. We have proven the technology and the business impact to our customers in long-term pilot projects and are scaling-up sales of our commercial solution.
Your Contributions
- Drive product-market fit in close partnership with the product team by deeply understanding customer needs, prioritizing high-impact use cases, and shaping differentiated positioning
- Champion the voice of the customer, translating insights and market research into actionable recommendations that inform roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Lead the development of global and local GTM strategies, including value propositions, messaging, naming, and activation plans that position ANYbotics as an industry leader
- Oversee research on buyer personas, market trends, and competitors to sharpen positioning and drive innovation in marketing approaches
- Design and execute product-focused marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to build awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate conversions
- Build and implement an effective sales enablement framework, delivering content and training that empower Sales and Customer Success teams to communicate value with impact.
- Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption, engagement, and retention, ensuring customers realize maximum value across the lifecycle
- Establish scalable workflows and tools to improve cross-team collaboration and streamline the delivery of messaging, assets, and campaigns
- Define KPIs and implement tracking methods to measure marketing effectiveness and clarify marketing's role in sales attribution
Your Profile
- You bring extensive experience of Product Marketing in B2B tech industries, with a proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive demand and lead generation with measurable business outcomes
- Proven experience leading product and feature launches (both Hardware & Software), from planning and messaging to cross-functional enablement and post-launch measurement, preferably in multi-markets
- You excel at identifying, prioritizing, and translating buyer needs, market trends, and competitor insights into impactful messaging, value propositions, and customer journeys that focus on the highest-impact personas and industries
- You have experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate complex technologies into compelling stories
- You have a strong track record of leading product marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, delivering full-funnel campaigns, content strategies, and sales enablement frameworks that drive conversions
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to manage complex projects and deliver results
- You are data-driven and an advanced user of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Google Analytics, and can quantify marketing's contribution to business growth
- You are an excellent communicator & presenter, simplifying complex concepts into engaging narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment; comfortable owning projects independently

- Marketing experience with AI-driven inspection technologies like robotics, drones, or maintenance solutions, including engaging target audiences in industries such as power & utilities, metals, minerals, oil and gas, or manufacturing
