Job Summary
Your Role
As a Client Partner at Tech Mahindra, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth across the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Acting as a trusted advisor to Swiss clients, you will lead strategic conversations around digital transformation, IT services, and business process solutions-leveraging technologies such as cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms (SAP, Kronos, ServiceNow), AI/GenAI, omnichannel commerce, and sustainability.
You bring a strong consultative mindset, deep domain knowledge, and the ability to translate complex technologies into measurable business outcomes. You'll be instrumental in strengthening our presence in the Swiss market.
Your Key Responsibility
Drive IT & Digital Strategy
Help clients navigate complex transformation journeys by aligning Tech Mahindra's full portfolio of services-including cloud, enterprise applications, BPS, automation, and cybersecurity-to their strategic goals.
Leverage Industry Expertise
Apply your understanding of Retail & CPG processes such as omnichannel integration, digital supply chain, inventory optimization, consumer insights, and master data management to co-create impactful, future-ready solutions Enable Omnichannel Excellence
Support clients in delivering seamless experiences across customer, distributor, and supplier journeys-using cutting-edge B2B, B2C, and B2B2C strategies.
Consultative & Value-Based Selling
Lead strategic conversations using challenger and consultative sales approaches. Connect Tech Mahindra's offerings to client KPIs like revenue growth, cost optimization, and customer experience improvements.
New Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events. Accelerate client acquisition by showcasing relevant use cases and leveraging Tech Mahindra's global track record.
Strategic Alliances & Ecosystem Expansion
Collaborate with global product alliances (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.) to design joint go-to-market strategies and create additional value for Swiss clients.
Co-Creation & Solution Design
Translate innovation into business-relevant use cases. Work closely with clients to design and implement personalized solutions-and ensure post-deployment success.
Global Collaboration & Delivery Oversight
Coordinate with delivery and solution teams across geographies (especially India) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with Swiss client expectations.
Profile
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's in Marketing preferred)
• 5-7 years of experience in IT sales, client management, or transformation consulting (esp. Working with CIO/ CDO/ CTO and Procurement teams)
• Strong understanding of the Retail and CPG industry
• Experience working with atleast 3 major Retail and CPG clients headquartered in Switzerland (e.g., Nestlé, Migros, Lindt, Barry Callebaut), with a strong understanding of their digital transformation agendas and enterprise ecosystems
• Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and strategic engagements
• Ability to craft compelling business cases and map technology solutions to business outcomes
• Understanding of new-age technologies and their role in business transformation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
