Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.

Responsibilities
- Design the Brainstorming and Planning part of Inspiration.
- Collaborate effectively across User Experience (UX), Product and Engineering and drive the design process.
- Partner with research to inform designs based on creator needs and goals.
- Run workshops and sprints, create storyboards, wire frames, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes to guide design and development.
- Work closely with other designers to drive design and product excellence of the Pre-publishing space.
