Are you a passionate Recruiter who enjoys being an integral part of attracting top talent? For our Talent Acquisition Team based in Zurich we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (80-100%) who builds trusted partnerships with the hiring managers but can also connect with candidates and assess them accordingly.
What would your role be?
- Strong recruiting experience, preferably in Technology and Legal & Compliance
- Lead and process full recruiting cycle in collaboration with hiring managers
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders and be influential in the decision making processes
- Define and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talents and ensure a diverse pool of candidates, also via direct sourcing
- Manage candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting journey and provide a best-in-class candidate experience based on Vontobel's hiring standards and processes
- Attend and present Vontobel at Recruiting events and provide internal Interview trainings
What are we looking for?
- At least 5 years' of experience as a Recruiting- / Talent Acquisition Partner within a fast paced and client centric organization
- Advantage to have experience in the financial, consulting or tech industry
- Dynamic personality with a positive and team-oriented mindset
- An open and winning communicator with high standards in delivery of an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience
- Multicultural exposure, ability to interact with all type of professionals and levels of seniority
- Fluent in German and English
