You will work closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders, to continue to deliver an impactful talent strategy. As a trusted advisor, you will bring energy, empathy, and expertise to our team.
We are seeking a highly dedicated and proactive professional to temporarily assume responsibility for all the key operational aspects of the global promotion processes especially driving the senior promotion process and other initiatives like internal mobility or internal talent marketplace. This fixed-term role is critical to ensuring continuity and excellence in the delivery of the overall talent management journey and associated development offerings across the organisation.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Oversee the global promotion process, with special focus on driving the senior promotion process 2026/2027
- Drive strategic talent initiatives i.e. internal mobility, internal talent marketplace
- Lead, support and participate actively in various projects within the People, Brand & Marketing unit
- Work very closely together with colleagues driving the topics
YOUR PROFILE

Professional & Technical
- Master's degree in HR, business or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in human capital consulting or equivalent professional advisory environment or
- 4-6 years' experience in HR project roles within financial industry
- Experience in implementing and managing promotion processes, internal mobility and talent marketplace processes
- Confident in dealing with line managers and employees of different hierarchies and personalities in an international environment
- Proficient user of Workday and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite (in particular PowerPoint and Excel, of help if familiar with VBA)
- Fluent in English and German, excellent in verbal and written communication
- You are proactive and self-motivated
- You navigate and adapt effectively and independently within changing situation
- Empathetic communicator who builds trust quickly
