Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
- Experience in programming languages used for data manipulation and computational statistics (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB etc.)
- Experience cleaning, joining, and analyzing datasets with various types of data, logs, and surveys.
- Research or Industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML) models, ML infrastructure, Natural Language Processing or Deep Learning.
Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
- 8 years of experience conducting UX research on products.
- 7 years of experience working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- Experience leveraging a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis techniques in various disciplinary environments.
- Ability to participate in technical discussions.
