Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience in managing both Windows and Linux (RedHat/Debian) environments.
Preferred qualifications: - Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, or CCNP equivalent) and experience navigating regional security compliance frameworks, such as GDPR and SOC2.
- Experience writing and maintaining scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate repetitive infrastructure tasks.
- Experience managing enterprise switches and knowledge of network protocols.
- Proficiency with data center tooling like netbox for infrastructure resource modeling and IP Address Management (IPAM) as applicable in physical security IT infrastructure deployments.
- Knowledge of Linux (Rocky/Debian), windows server including with GCP (GCE/GKE).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.

Responsibilities - Manage the full life-cycle of physical security IT assets (e.g., servers and network switches), including strategic vendor management, performance assurance, timely patching, and upgrades.
- Administer and optimize cross-platform server environments, including windows server and various Linux distributions (e.g., redhat enterprise Linux, debian).
- Oversee the implementation and management of security workloads within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Act as the primary point of contact for security and compliance, ensuring all physical assets strictly adhere to global regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy laws.
- Drive operational efficiency by developing automation scripts (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) and maintaining the data accuracy of the asset management platform.
