The Experience
The Data Cloud and Agentforce Solutions Architect is a key member of the pre-sales organisation in Switzerland. In this hands-on technical role, you will support complex sales cycles by helping customers understand how next-generation Salesforce capabilities integrate into their existing architecture - designing and delivering working Proofs of Concept (POC) and hackathons that bring the vision of AI-driven, unified data to life.
We are looking for a Solutions Architect who combines deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), data platforms, and system integration with the ability to engage credibly with senior technical stakeholders including Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Technology Officers (CTOs).
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Design and deliver hands-on POCs and technical demonstrations that showcase the viability of Agentforce and Data Cloud to technical stakeholders across the sales cycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior technical leaders, covering data strategy, AI capabilities, and Salesforce platform architecture.
- Assess and define technical customer requirements, with a focus on AI readiness, data unification, and operational data utilisation.
- Mentor pre-sales colleagues on the technical intricacies of Data Cloud and Agentforce, and act as a thought leader on generative AI, data strategy, and hyper-automation.
You're Our Person If...
- You have a proven track record of running successful technical POCs for complex AI or data solutions, with deep expertise in machine learning (ML), advanced data platforms, or cloud architecture (Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), data integration patterns).
- You have a strong foundation in data architecture principles including Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)/Extract, Load, Transform (ELT), data modeling, governance, and quality.
- You have experience in a solution engineering or technical architecture role, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- You are fluent in English and German or French (spoken and written).
Even Better If...
- You have direct experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
- You have experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI architectures, or data privacy and compliance requirements.
- You hold a Salesforce Certified Architect credential or relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)).
